- #Tip : Take water and add vinegar in it. Now dip chicken wings in it for 1/2 an hour.
- #Tip: - - for good flex use big utensils and large quantity of maida for coating wings.
- #Tip - Use light hands for breading wings. - For double coating like KFC texture after first coat dip in normal water then again maida coating. No need of cold water.
- Now discard vinegar water and drain all water from wings.
- Marinate wings with above ingredients for half an hour.
- Now double coating with maida.
