- Get 1 lb chicken breasts

- You need 3 clove garlic, minced

- In a large 10 in sauce pan heat olive oil over medium heat
- Add chicken breasts, and sear on all sides, once seared, turn heat down to low, cover and cook for 10 min

Boil for about 10-12 min, or until very fork tender. Now strain, and put back into pot. Mash with about 4 Tbl spoons butter, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup sour cream, s&p.
