- Provide 1 Cup all-purpose Flour/ Maida
- Get 1/4 Teaspoon Baking powder
- Take 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- Provide 4 Tablespoon powdered sugar
- Use 1/4 Teaspoon salt
- You need 1 Teaspoon vinegar
- Use 1/4 cup Milk
- You need As needed Melted Butter
- Take 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon powder
Steps to make No yeast Chinnamon roll:
- 1st we have to prepare Dough. Take a Large Bowl add Maida, some salt, 1 Teaspoon of sugar, baking powder and baking soda, mix it properly.
- Now prepare a mix of Milk and 1 tbsp of vinegar rest it for 10 mins.
- Now in the Dough making add this milk and vinegar mix and 2 Tablespoons of melted butter and prepare a Dough and cover it and rest it for another 10 mins.
- Now place a Kadhai or a pot on the gas stove and add some salt to it and take a 1 inch or 1.5 inch of plate there and start preheating the pot. Cover the lid, if there is hole then cover it also with the help of a paper cutting and set it. Now prepare another mixture for spreading on the rectangular shape of the Dough.
- Take a bowl add 3 Tablespoons of powdered sugar, Chinnamon powder and 1 Tablespoon of melted butter and mix it well and make a fine mix.
- Now Knead the Dough for another 5 to 6 mins. Now roll the dough. Roll it thin to about 1/2 cm thickness and try to make it a rectangle. The thickness should be even. Spread the mixture there which we have prepared. It should be nice even layer, spread it well.
- Now give it a unique shape a book Fold shape. Roll it with the help of a Belan.
- Now divide the dough into 6 equal parts.
- Now take one part and give them a knot shape cut it from the centre and twist it and then tuck it in a muffin 🧁 mold. Repeat the same with the others. Now cook them and keep them on a plate and place it in a preheated Pot. Bake it for at least 25 to 30 mins in slow and medium flame. When the colour turn to Goldenish and turn off the gas flame. Brush butter over it so that the crush should be soft.
