  2. You need 150 g plain flour
  3. Provide 200 ml beer (Any)
  4. Prepare 1 pinch baking powder
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp paprika
  6. You need 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  1. Peel and slice the onion into rings about 1cm wide. Separate the rings.
  2. Heat the oil to 180C in a heavy-based pan – it should be no more than 1/ 3 full.
