- Get 1 kg chicken
- Take 2 kg potato
- Provide 8 tbsp soy sauce
- Get 4 tbsp garlic and ginger paste

Instructions to make Chicken and potato cheeseballs:
- Firstly, peel and chop the potatoes and put to boil. When you put to boil, add 1tsp salt.
- In a separate bowl, add the chicken and add enough water to cover the chicken. Add the soy sauce, garlic ginger paste, chilli sauce, Chinese salt, remainder of the normal salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, green chillies. Bring this to boil and cook till the water burns.
- Once the potato and chicken is boiled, mash them separately and then mix together. Then leave it to cool.
- Once the potato has cooled, add the grated cheese and mix. Also. Separately cut the block cheese into several small cubes (approximately 80)
- Roll the potato in a ball, then flatten. Place a cube of cheese then roll in.
- Once that is done, crack eggs in a bowl and mix the egg until the yolk and white is mixed.
- Dip the potato in the egg and then in the breadcrumb. Then, fry the cheeseballs and cook till golden brown. If needed, freeze and use another day.
