- Use 1 1/2 cup chicken boiled
- Use potato 2 big sized

- Shred the chicken… and add both of them in mixing bowl.
- Add salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, cumin powder and mix well with hand till combined.. add coriander leaves and mix.
- Now shape them.
- Then, first dip them in beaten egg and then in crumbs…
- Repeat the same process with all the cutlets.
- Fry them, i deep fried them this time… you can pan fry them as well until get the good golden colour all over and serve
