The ingredients needed to cook Khova Polis:
- Take For filling
- Get 200 gm Fresh khova
- Use 200 gm Powdered sugar
- Use 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- Provide 1 tsp Nutmeg powder
- Use 150 gm All purpose flour/maida
- Prepare 50 gm Semolina (bareekwali)
- Provide 1 tsp Cooking oil
- You need 1 cup Water
- Use 1 cup Ghee
Instructions to make Khova Polis:
- Keep all ingredients ready. Mix Maida, semolina, oil along with water and make dough. And let it rest for 30minutes. After that make small balls of dough.
- Heat the #kadai, transe khova and saute on sim heat till it losses it's moist. Turn off gas and let khova cool. Add sugar, cardamom powderand nutmeg powder once it cools.mix well.
- Make small balls of khova mix. Take a dough ball, make cup shape, fill khova ball and close. Roll it using roller to spread.
- Heat the tawa grease ghee, put rolled khova poli and bake on both sides. Trase to serving plate-load ghee and enjoy KHOVA POLIS.
