- Prepare 4 each Bell Peppers
- You need 1 lb Ground Turkey(or any desired meat)
- Take 1 Chopped Yellow Onion
- Prepare 3-5 Cloves Garlic

- Take 1 cup Cooked Jasemine Rice
- Provide 1/2 can Any Spaghetti Sauce (to taste)

- Preheat oven to 375°. Line pan with tin foil for easy clean up. Spray with oil to avoid peppers sticking. Set aside.
- Cut the top of the pepper off and carefully clean them out. Set aside.
