- Use 2 pkg imitation crab meat, shredded
- Get 2 tbs Japanese Mayonnaise (plus some for drizzling)
- Get 2 tsp sriracha (or more if you want it spicier)

- Take 2.5 cups sushi rice, cooked
- Use As needed Nori (for serving)
Instructions to make Sushi Bake:
- Mix your shredded "crab meat" with Japanese mayo and Sriracha and set aside
- Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. Press the the sushi rice firmly into the baking dish using your hands. (Lightly spray your hands to prevent rice to sticking to your hands)
- Shake desired amount of Furikake on top of the rice.
- Spread your crab meat evenly ontop of the rice, pressing down with the back of your spoon.
- Sprinkle more furikake on top of the crab meat mixture.
- Place in a 350⁰F oven for 10min
- Once out of oven drizzle with sriracha and more Japanese mayo.
- Serve immediately with nori.
