- You need 2 lb ground beef or ground turkey
- Use 1 can Manwich Sloppy Joe
- Take 2 can your favorite biscuits
- Prepare 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Use 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Provide 1 no stick cooking spray

- Brown meat in skillet and drain.
- Add meat back to pan, add whole can of Manwich.
- Heat on low and mix until combined. Turn off heat set aside.

- Spray muffin pan
