- Take 1/2 cup wheat flour
- You need 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Take 1/8 tsp baking soda

Steps to make Quad Pizza:
- In mixing bowl add wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Add oil and mix well.
- Add curd,mix and bind in soft dough. Keep cover for 10-15 minutes.
- In kadhai add salt. On it placed stand. On it placed square shape plate. Preheat it on medium flame for 8 minutes.
- Knead pizza base dough. Divide into 2 equal portions.
- Take one portion flatten it,roll into round shape roti. Fold from both sides as shown.
- Again fold from opposite sides as shown to make square shape flatten ball. Again roll into square shape roti as shown.
- With fork prick all over it. Sprinkle red chilli flakes and oregano as shown. Press lightly.
- Place it on plate keep in preheated kadhai. Cover and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. Remove on plate. Similarly make another pizza base.
- Finely chopped onion, tomato and capsicum.
- Apply pizza sauce on one wheat pizza base as shown. On it spread chopped veggies stuffing as shown.
- Heat grill tawa. On it placed prepared pizza base. Sprinkle grated cheese. Cover and cook on slow flame till lower side turn crispy golden and cheese melts. Transfer in serving plate.
- Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Quad Pizza.
