- Provide 2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- Take 6 tbsp olive oil
- Get 1 medium onion chopped
- Get 1/2 cup dry white wine

- Prepare 2 cups chicken stock

- Lower the heat to medium and add 1 tablespoon of oil and the onions, cooking and stirring occasionally until they are soft (approximately 3 minutes).
