  1. You need 1 Prepared Pizza Dough
  2. Get Filling
  3. Prepare 10-15 Pepperoni slices
  4. Take 1/2 cup Mozarella cheese
  5. You need 1/2 cup Pizza sauce
  6. Prepare 1 Tbsp Green Olives
  7. Use 2 Tbsp Mushroom slices
  8. Take 1 Tbsp Bellpepper julians
  9. Provide 1 Tomato in slices
Instructions to make Calzones:
  1. I have kept half of the pizza dough in ziplock inside fridge.take out dough from fridge & keep outside for 10 min.
  2. Dust the rolling surface & rolling pin with slight flour.roll out the dough in circle or square as u like.cut the rolled dough in half. And then in further half if you like. I kept one big half for big calzone & divide other half in 2 portions for mini calzone.
  3. Collect filling.I used tin button whole mushroom & slice them. You can use filling of your choice as well.cut tomato in slices & bellpepper in julians.
  4. Spread some pizza sauce over calzone piece.place filling over it. Do not over stuff.dot with cheese
  5. Carefully lift one side of calzone dough& fold it over,sealing open sides together by pressing with hands.press fork marks at sides to finish cealing nicely
  6. Keep calzones on greased baking tray.brush eggwash over thoroughly keep in preheated oven at 180°c for 25 min.
  7. Check after 20 or 25 min.the calzone must be turning golden now. Brush some more egg wash at top & sprinkle some cheese over. Give top heat for 2-3 min just to colur top & melt cheese.
  8. Serve hot yummy cheesy calzones at Iftar & praise to AllahSWT.it can be freezed after assembling.no need to defrost before baking.
