- Provide Your favorite Chicken part/s
- Provide Bottled or ready-made Pesto sauce
- Prepare 3-4 garlic cloves, smashed
- Provide 1/2 red onion, sliced coarsely
- Take 1 large or 2 small dry bay/laurel leaves
- You need 1 c or more water
- Get 1/2 cube chicken bullion or broth cube
- Provide Cooked pasta
- Provide 150 ml all purpose cream (nestle or other)
- Use pinch peppercorns (huge pinch)
- Take to taste Salt
- Provide Sprinkle of Parmesan (optional)

- In a pot heat your water and add the bay leaves, garlic, onions, peppercorns and 1/4 of a chicken bullion cube. Add your chicken (salted lightly), thawed or 1/2 frozen. How much chicken?
