- You need 2 plump, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Take 1 egg (a splash of milk if you like) beaten
- Get 1-1 1/2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
- You need 1 pack (8 oz) shredded mozzarella (part skim)
- Take 1 large jar your favorite red sauce
- Get 1/4 cups grated parmesan cheese

- Preheat the oven to 350°F
