- Provide 1 skinless chicken breast
- Use 2 cups buttermilk
- Use 2 garlic cloves

- Cook the chicken until golden brown and crispy on each side and set aside to cool for a few minutes.
- Serve on your choice of bread with tomato, rocket, red onion, a dash of aioli & goats cheese.
