- Prepare 300 gm baby corn
- Use 2 tsp all purpose flour
- You need 2 tsp corn flour
- Take To taste Salt
- Use 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Take 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Use 1 tsp finely garlic chopped
- Use 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Provide 1 tsp finely chopped spring onion
- Prepare 2 tsp tomato ketchup
- You need 1/2 tsp vinegar
- You need 1/2 tsp soya sauce
- Get 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- Take as needed Oil for deep frying
Instructions to make Crispy Baby corn:
- In a large mixing bowl add all purpose flour,cornflour,salt and ginger garlic paste and water mix it,make this like a little thick batter then add baby corns
- Mix it now deep fry the corn in medium flame once done keep it aside then heat oil add chilli flakes,chopped garlic saute for few minutes then add tomato ketchup,vinegar,salt,sugar,red chilli sauce,black pepper powder,
- In the mean while again deep fry the the baby corn then directly put them into the sauce,toss it add sesame seeds,spring onion once done serve hot..
