The ingredients needed to make Asskickin Ribs:
- Take 1 Slab Ribs baby back or spare either works well. I prefer spare
- Provide 1 your favorite rib rub. I use my own
- Provide 1 honey
Instructions to make Asskickin Ribs:
- Crack a cold one
- Remove membrane from back of ribs, wash and post dry
- Trim rib tips of for "St. Louis" cut ribs
- Coat front and back of ribs heavily with rub.
- Place in smoker @ 250° for 3 hrs.
- Remove ribs from smoker and double wrap in foil and place back in smoker for 2 hrs.
- Remove ribs from smoker and unwrapp. Coat front side of ribs liberally with honey and put back in smoker for 1 hr.
- Eat and enjoy!
