  2. Take 100 g Chinese brown rice cake
  3. Get 300 g sweet potato (orange flesh)
  4. You need 300 g yam
  5. Take 250 ml fresh milk
  6. You need 1 egg
  7. Prepare 100 g self-raising flour
  8. Get frying oil (enough to cover rice cake)

  1. DIY bread crumbs - Blend the bread to coarse crumbs. Pour the crumbs into skillet. Use medium heat and keep stirring until the crumbs become dry and slightly hard but not toasted! Set it one side to cool down.
