- Use 1/2 cup rice
- Prepare 1/2 cup jaggery
- Prepare 1/4 cup desiccated coconut

- Now add jaggery and blend again till smooth..
- Pour this batter into a bowl…Add coconut powder, milk, cardamom powder and nuts…Mix well.
- Add baking powder and mix well.
- Pour batter in a prepared greased cake pot…And bake for 25 mins…In preheated microwave on 180℃.
- A healthy Rice cake is ready.
- I have spread melted jaggery over the cake and garnished with pista flakes.
