- Provide 2 cups soaked rice (preferably overnight) atleast 6 hours
- Use 2 cups coconut milk

- Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture in a bowl and cover it, let it sit for about 30 minutes to an hour to allow the yeast to activate.
- Give the mixture a good mix and pour it into an oiled pan. Place the pan on low heat an cover. Do not disturb the mixture let it sit for about 15 minutes. After which it will have solidified.
