  5. Add grated carrot and saute it 2-3 minutes,add malai in it mix it and let it cook. Add chilli powder, salt, sugar, garam masala, tomato sauce in it.
  6. When ghee releases from sides add rice in it.
  7. Cook it on low flame for 5-8 minutes.
  8. Set rice in mold, flip in a plate add grated cheese on it and serve it.
