The ingredients needed to cook Popsicle:
- Use 2 cups watermelon
- Get 1 cup grapes
- Prepare 1/2 cup kiwi
- Take 1-2 tsp chopped beetroot
- Take 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- Use 1/2 tsp black salt
- Prepare 1/2 tsp jeera powder / cumin powder
- Prepare 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions to make Popsicle:
- 2 cups of watermelon+ 1 cup grapes + 1/2 cup kiwi + a tsp of beetroot. Grind them together in a jar. If you wish to add sugar, add in 1 tbsp sugar. Seive the juice.. - To the seived juice, add in 1/2 tsp black salt, pinch of jeera powder, a tsp lemon juice and mix well.
- Fill in the Popsicle moulds and deep freeze for 5-6 hours. - For demoulding, keep it in water.. Demould slowly and enjoy every bit of it😋
