You already realize that, to achieve true health, your diet needs to be balanced and nutritious and you need to get a good amount of exercise. Unfortunately, we do not always have the time or the power that this type of lifestyle requires. At the conclusion of the day, most of us want to go home, not to the gym. People crave sweets and salts, not veggies (unless they are vegetarians). The good news is that making healthy choices doesn’t have to be a pain. If you keep at it, you’ll get all of the required foods and activites. Here are some simple ways to get healthy.
When you go grocery shopping, be sensible about it. When you make good decisions at the grocery store, your meals will get much healthier automatically. Think for a second: you don’t want to go to a busy grocery store or sit in a long line at the drive thru at the end of your day. You’re going to go home and make what you have in the cupboards. Make sure that what you have on hand is nutritious. This way—even if you pick out something a bit greasy or not as good for you as it could be, you’re still choosing foods that are better for you than you would get at the local diner or fast food drive through window.
There are lots of things you can pursue to become healthy. Not all of them necessitate fancy gym memberships or limited diets. You can do little things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start. Trying to get in as much exercise as possible is another. The numbers on the scale aren’t the only indication of your healthfulness. You need to help make your body as strong as possible.
We hope you got insight from reading it, now let’s go back to hibachi (my way) recipe. You can cook hibachi (my way) using 9 ingredients and 11 steps. Here is how you do it.
The ingredients needed to make Hibachi (my way):
- Use Flat grill (Blackstone)
- Prepare 1 bag frozen peas and carrots
- Prepare Chicken (strips cut and seasoned)
- Prepare Rice of choice (cooked ahead of time and cold) I used yellow rice
- Get Olive oil
- Get Sauce
- Prepare 1/2 cup beef broth
- Take 1/4 cup soy sauce
- Prepare 1/4 teriyaki sauce optional
Steps to make Hibachi (my way):
- Make rice the night before or in the morning set in refrigerator till ready to use. 20 mins before making this set out frozen veggies, so they are not completely frozen when cooking. I set my veggies out when I start my pep work.
- Cut and season chicken (I only had chicken with the bone so I used chicken legs and pressure cooked them then took the meat off the bone) any kind of chicken will work
- Make sauce. When cooking this have everything by the grill and ready to go. This is a quick and fast dish.
- Heat up flat grill, wait till it’s hot put Olive oil on it and start the uncooked chicken. (if using cooked chicken already skip this step.) don’t forget to move food around so it don’t stick.
- When chicken is about done add the veggies separate from the chicken on the grill (add more Olive oil if needed)
- Keep moving food around so it don’t stick (my attempt of an heart lol.)
- Add the rice next and the cooked chicken wait for a few mins then mix all the food together
- Add sauce after all food has heated though. The rice will stick if you don’t move the food around
- Done when there’s no sauce that u can see on the flat grill…
- Grilling heat - start on high, for cooking the chicken and heating up the grill. Turn to medium heat when adding the veggies. Add Olive oil whenever you need too.
- Last step remove food quickly and immediately clean the grill… after taking food inside. For grill cleaning tips feel free to send me a message or a chat..
