- Take minced meat 1kilo
- Use 2 tablespoon garlic
- Provide 1 medium s8ze grated onion
- Take 2 tablespoon grated attarugu
- Get sweet pepper
- Prepare seasoning

- Take flour
- Use bread crumbs
- Get 10 boiled eggs

- In your minced meat add garlic,attarugu,black pepper, seasoning,sweetpepper,onion,flour,breadcrumbs and 1egg.
- Mix everything
- Smash it in turmi
- Boil eggs
- Peel egg and dust it with flour
- Cover it with minced meat and dust with flour again
- Heat oil on a pan
- Put in the fridge and allow it set for about 30mins.

- Dip in to bread crumbs
- Fry untill golden brown (fry two mins.on each side)
