Instructions to make Chowmein:
- In a pot add water, salt and oil. Boil noodles and pasta
- In a pan add oil, red round chillies and garlic, fry until aroma comes.
- Add chicken fry for 2-3 mins then add all the sauces and chicken cubes.
- Cook until chicken is done now add vegetables one by one. stir fry on high flame. Add red chilli flakes, sugar and salt.
- Now add boiled noodles. Give it a good mix. Cover and cook for 5 mins on low flame.
