- In a bowl take maida, salt and oil.
- Add some water and knead a soft dough.
- For filling heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
- Put chopped onion and sauté.
- When onions turns pink, add chopped veggies.
- Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt.
- Mix well and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
- Add some water, cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Open the lid and add pasta sauce.
- Mix well and cook again for 2 minutes.
- Let it cool.
- For tortilla make 2 big size balls from kneaded dough.
- Roll the balls with rolling pin in a thin chapati.
- Cook chapati/tortilla on tava from both side.
- Place tortilla in plate and keep veggie filling in side of tortilla.
- Spread mayonnaise on it.
- Roll tightly the tortillas and cut from middle.
