The ingredients needed to make Veggie Pasta:
- Provide 1 1/2 cup pasta
- Get 1 onion sliced
- Use 2 florets of broccoli
- Take 1 carrot sliced
- Use 1 capsicum sliced
- You need 2 tbsp corn
- Get to taste Salt
- Get 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Take 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- You need 11/2 tsp oregano
- Get 1 tsp chilli flakes
- Use 2 tbsp oil
Instructions to make Veggie Pasta:
- Keep water for boiling. Add pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil. When it starts boiling add pasta and cook for 10 mins or till soft. Strain and wash with cold water and keep in strainer only.
- Slice all vegetables and keep aside.
- Take a kadai and add oil and add sliced onion and saute for 2-3 mins.Then add all veggies and saute on high flame for 3-4 mins.Add salt to taste, oregano, chilli flakes, tomato ketchup and chilli sauce and mix well.
- Add boiled pasta and mix well. Cook for 2-3 mins.Serve hot.
