- Prepare 2 large tomatoes - diced

- Place the stuffed dough onto a greased oven baking tray, leave space in between the dough so as they don’t stick together while baking
- Leave the stuffed dough to rest for 10 minutes before baking
- Bake stuffed dough in the oven at 180°c for 18-20 minutes or until cooked and golden
- Serve as desired next to yougurt and salad.
