The ingredients needed to prepare Chili:
- Prepare 1 green pepper chopped
- Provide 1 red pepper chopped
- You need 1 onion chopped

- Get 2 (28 oz) cans crushed tomato
- Take 1 (14.5 oz) can of diced tomato
- You need 1 can kidney beans
- You need 1 # Beef Chuck cubed
- Get Also needed
- Prepare Olive Oil
- Prepare Salt
- Get Pepper
Steps to make Chili:
- Using about 1 Tablespoon olive oil, saute veggies in pot adding salt and pepper to taste, on medium heat.
- Cook down on medium heat until soft. Add a little more olive oil if needed while cooking and then transfer to separate dish.
- Brown Ground beef and strain
- Same for Beef Chuck
- Everyone goes back in the pot on medium heat with a bit more olive oil. Mix together.
- Lower heat and add tomatoes and spice packets. Mix and Simmer for an hour. Mixing occassionally.
- Add Kidney Beans and simmer for another hour.
