- Get 3 chicken legs
- Prepare 3 chicken thighs
- Take 1/2 cup Original Barbeque Sauce
- Get 3 tbsp Peach Preserves
- Prepare 2 oz olive oil
- Provide 1 salt
- Prepare 1 black pepper

- Place chicken on a oven safe cooking pan and coat with Olive oil on both sides. Preheat over at 400 and cook chicken for 30 minutes upside down.
- While chicken is cooking, mix 1/2 cup of Barbeque Sauce and the Peach Preserves.
- After the 30 minutes are up, take the pan with the chicken out of the oven, flip them and coat the chicken with the barbeque/peach preserve mixture. (Both sides)
- Place chicken back in the oven for 12 minutes and repeat the recoating process 4 times.
