- Provide 125 g Butter
- You need 150 g Plain Flour
- Get 25 g Milk powder
- Take 2 Tbsp Beaten egg
- Provide 65 g Icing sugar
- Provide Few drops Lemon extract /essence
- Use 1 tsp Coca powder
- Take Few drops Green food colour (powder / liquid)

- Take a mixing bowl, Add butter and Beat butter till nice and fluffy - Then add sugar and whisk until the mixture becomes fluffy. - Sift the flour, dry milk powder add in bowl and then add 2 tbsp egg, lemon essence mix well until the dough is nice and soft.
- Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Take 1 half of the dough and add cocoa powder to it, ensuring it is well mixed. Cover and set aside - In 2nd dough add few drops of green colour mix well till all colour incorporate well cover and set aside.
- Other 3rd leave it their own cover and set aside. you are ready with 3 types of dough. - If you use the Cookie cutter put all 3 doughs in the fridge for at least 2 hours. After 2 hours take the dough out from the fridge, shaping the cookies as your desire

- If you use a piping bag, skip the fridge options and make all Biscuits as your desire. - You are more than welcome to copy the same designs I have shown in the pictures down below. - Bake all Biscuits in a pre heated oven 180°C for about 10 to 12 minutes.
