The ingredients needed to cook Home made bread:
- Get 500 g strong bread flour
- You need 7 g sachet of fast action dried yeast
- Take 1 tsp fine salt
- You need 300 ml warm water
- Prepare 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- Provide 1 tbsp honey
- You need tin Butter for greasing
Steps to make Home made bread:
- Tip the flour into a bowl and mix in the yeast and salt. add the warm water, oil and honey, mix together to make a soft dough.

- Pre heat the oven to 230c then uncover the dough and place tin in oven, bake for around 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- After baking, tip the bread out of tin, and tap the bottom, if sounds hollow, its cooked if not replace back in tin and place back in oven till its done
