- Keep milk for boiling. Boil milk for 5-6 mins.

- Spread malai. Sprinkle saffron milk all over. Sprinkle chopped almonds and pistachios flakes.
- Preheat oven for 5 mins. Place prepared cake tin it. Bake for 20-25 minutes.(Temperature may vary with different models of oven). Cool it.
