  1. You need Preparing the Shemai
  2. Prepare lacha shemai
  3. Take table spoons Ghee
  4. Use table spoons powder milk
  5. Use table spoons sugar

  8. Take condensed milk
  9. Use cup sugar
  10. Prepare table spoons of corn flour mixed with 1/3 cup water

  1. Take a pan and put the ghee in the pan and let it heat. When the ghee has heated up add the whole packet of shemai (break the shemai in the packet to small pieces prior to adding to the ghee).
  2. Cook shemai untill the color changes and turns into light brown. Then add the powder milk and sugar and stir for 3-5 mins. Once done let it cool.
