The ingredients needed to cook Stuffed Cabbage:
- Provide 2 kilograms Cabbage
- Prepare Filling
- Prepare 2 cubs Egyptian Rice
- Use 400 grams minced meat
- Provide 1 tbs spices (7spices)
- Use 1 tsp salt
- You need 1 onion
- Take 6 garlic gloves
- Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
- You need 1 tbs margarine or oil
- Provide leaves For boiling Cabbage
- Prepare Water
- Take 1 tbs cumin/latency powder
- Provide 1/2 tsp salt
- You need Sauce
- Take 2 tbs dried mint
- Take 1 whole garlic
- Prepare 1/2 tbs pomegranate molasses
- You need Meat
- You need Tailbone and bones of the sheep
Steps to make Stuffed Cabbage:
- Separate and remove Cabbage leaves and boil in hot water with salt and cumin untill leaves becomes loose
- Préparation of the filling: wash the rice and put them in fine filter (stainer)
- Then add meat and salt and mix together
- Cut Cabbage leaves lengthways to separate them from solid rips
- Keep the solid rips aside to prepare the Cabbage core
- Fill the Cabbage leaves with rice filling and wrap tightly
- Repeat these step to finish alla Cabbage leaves
- Cut the solid rips with other remaining leaves
- In a cooking pot add margarine or oil and fry the oil untill they take a gold colour
- Add rips and leaves mix for 15 minutes. Then add tailbone and bones which are prepared previously
- Add garlic gloves
- Then Place Cabbage in a balanced way inside cooking pot
