- Take pressure add onion,garlic,tomatoes,crushed Ginger 1and half cup water and closed lid and cook for 8m until all will be tenderize
- Now cook excess water along with add all spices salt,red chilli,haldi,zeera,and coriander and oil bonify it for 5m until oil separate from masala
- After that add potato add carrots(👉cutting should be very thin) and again cook it for 8m with the remaining garam masala and methi
- Now add half cup water mix it and keep it on Dum for 8-9m Garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy with paratha and roti
