- Prepare black beans
- Use green bell pepper
- Take garlic
- Get small white onion
- Provide large egg, beaten
- Take whole wheat breadcrumbs
- Prepare chili powder
- Provide red onion
- Get cumin
- Use crushed cashew nuts

- Take (200-250g) mozzarella

- Put the rinsed and drained black beans in a bowl. Add them to a large bowl and mash well with a fork.
- Add the cashews, pepper, white onion and garlic in a food processor and process until finely minced.
